Hotel Zaragoza Tepoztlan

Estuve solo unas cuantas horas, pero fueron flexibles con la hora de check in y en general las instalaciones estuvieron excelentes. Todos los servicios bien y una piscina algo pequeña pero que pudimos disfrutar a solas.

Muy limpio y agradable todo Personal amable y atentos No me agrado mucho que solo acepten pago en efectivo, actualmente y hasta por higiene ya casi no realizamos pagos en efectivo, tampoco dieron opción de factura fiscal

Good value for money and a pleasant stay

The hotel facilities are ok, just they are not clear in the way the charge extra fees, they charged for Extra person in a room which is perfectly understandable, but for a small bed which we asked because the beds were to small and my brother is overweight, they put a bed but they charged like completely another person The American breakfast is really limited, literally they put 5 little pieces of papaya or whatever fruit they got, and the bread is limited as well, one per person but there is not choice to choose, is whatever the have.

Nothing. Staff comes in at 8:00 am and leaves at 9:00 pm. No A/C No parking space, dirty pool... Just Awful!!!

The staff was nice, check in quick and easy, swimming pool was maybe heated because it was not too cold to swim. Continental breakfast was good - coffee, fruit and bread. An easy 5 minute walk to the Main Street. Hot water in the shower and good water pressure. The king bedroom on the 3rd floor was very nice.
