Location

Run down needs updating. Handle broke on bathroom door. Tv didn’t work, remote had no batteries. Room small, kitchen facilities poor.

Location. It was clean.

The room and facilities. Up in the loft, so loads of stairs. Filthy window and had to stand on a chair to open it. Aerial wouldn’t fit in TV. No tea/coffee, glasses etc in room. No tea or coffee in kitchen. No dressing table, only mirror in bathroom, which is no good for getting ready. No hand towel in communal bathroom, so dried hands on clothes. Contacted owner, couldn’t change room, advised to look in other rooms to see if I could find a mirror. Very unhelpful.
