Nice location. Free parking

Room dirty. Bathroom small. Breakfast very basic. Did not see one staff whole time we were there

Location was great you met my requirements for ground floor due to mobility problems so room 3 was perfect for us

Spare batteries for TV in louge

Location was great, lovely shared kitchen and seating area downstairs, reasonable price for the area on a Saturday night

Lock in bedroom door was badly fitted felt like it would fall out, room was boiling hot and heating blasting when I arrived with no way to turn it down, I did try to message on the number given but no reply, the towels provided were so small it didn’t even go halfway round me basically a hand towel, I’m not skinny but am still relatively normal sized! There was nothing to dry hands on in the shared bathroom so you had to take a towel every time or go back with wet hands, bathroom door also slams into room 10’s door if pushed even slightly so very relieved I wasn’t in that room and I apologise if anyone was in there when I walloped the door! The bed was clean but squeaked badly every time you moved I’m also 5”6 and my feet were off the end so quite short, pillows were wafer thin glad I had my own, bedside table was falling to bits and other furniture was very tatty, no bedside light

Beautiful settings clean and tidy lovely big house.

The towels we like sandpaper and the bathroom sink was to small to have a wash and bo where to hang your towel if your in the bathroom!
