Great location so pretty from outside. Very quiet didn’t get woken by noise. Shower was great.

The bed was uncomfortably, guessing it was quite old. No fan so brought my own

I had off road parking.

I booked a single and the room was very small. Outdated decor and a very squeaky bed. I found the place very noisy with slamming doors and hearing guests in the next room. There were too many stairs, although my fault, I could have asked for a room on a lower floor. I would have preferred my own bathroom, not sharing a communal one. Advertised as a hotel and guesthouse, I did not meet any staff or host.
