No tiene calefacción, tiene máquinas de aire acondicionado que tardan en calentar el apartamento, para verano bien, pero para invierno se quedan cortas, el baño no tiene calefacción, grifo cocina suelto casi roto, puerta con seguridad básica

"Correcto si vas en una temporada con temperaturas agradables"

El apartamento está muy céntrico, a tan solo unos pasos de la plaza de callao y la gran vía. Tiene dos estaciones de metro cerca. La gente que nos atendió fue muy amable y cuentan con servicio para guardar equipaje por 2 euros el bulto.

El aire no funcionaba (lo intentamos de todas las maneras, incluso buscando las instrucciones por internet y nos aseguramos de que estaba en el modo correcto) pasamos bastante frío dado la temperatura que hay en Madrid en estas fechas. También tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, se duchó una persona bastante rápido y cuando la otra lo estaba haciendo se quedó sin agua caliente. Estaba “limpio” pero muy mejorable, había etiquetas de ropa y pelos de anteriores inquilinos.
