"Excelente ubicación"

Lo que mas me gustó es la ubicación. Apartamento confortable y bien equipado. Gran nevera y con lavadora . Cama confortable.

No tiene balcón . Se escuchaba a unos vecinos por la noche durante unas horas.

"Madrid atrapante: Capitol, Gran Vía, Callao"

Estar a media cuadra del edificio Capitol, de la estación Callao, de un Corte inglés y de un Carrefour son puntos que suman al confort y el disfrute. Líneas de colectivo por Gran Vía, todo cercano. Fuimos en dos oportunidades y lo recomiendo. La habitación es amplia y con TV smart, lugar de guardado. Otro TV smart en la cocina comedor

El tema de ir a recoger las llaves a 5 cuadras, caminar con las valijas por Gran Vía con cientos de personas desplazándose sumado al cansancio del viaje, se hace una experiencia incómoda ya que en la actualidad hay muchos sistemas de entrega de llaves, por ej con código. Departamento ideal para estar de paso sin grandes comodidades para cocinar, compramos alimentos y calentamos.

"Cerca de todo"

La ubicación es excelente, pues está al lado del metro de Callao y a pocos pasos de la Gran Vía. En la calle de atrás hay muchos sitios donde se come muy bien.

El ruido, aunque entendemos que forma parte de la propia edificación. Otro aspecto que no nos gustó fue que el aire acondicionado apenas calentaba.
