The room itself was tidy, and bright and the pool was also nice 😊

You can hear what’s happening in the room next to you, but it depends on neighbors however we could not sleep because rats (?) were running under the roof so loud that we have thought it’s in our room!

One of the best staffs I have ever seen. Very kind, helpful and always smiling. He (Dewa) and his colleagues were agreeing to all my requests. Even after vacating my room, when I requested him to take care of my luggage for a day, he took care of my luggage. They were also concerned about our safety. When we didn't show up till late evening, the staff called me and asked about my whereabouts to know whether I was safe. I want to give 9, but just for the staff behaviour, one extra point.

The place is good and quiet

The place is a bit hard to find, and the address in the booking app does not match the location on google maps, so better search for the name of the place instead of the address provided here. The staff were friendly however the didn’t fix anything of the requests I asked, tv was not working, when ask for a room cleaning they only fixed the bed sheets and removed the trash, but not fresh water was replaced of filled up, coffee cups and plates where not cleared. So I don’t know why they ask you to place a sign to request the room to be clean if they were not doing it right. The bathroom was not 100% clean the toilet was dirty as well as the mirrors and glass doors, the little shelf to place soap was broken, in addition the whole bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, like humid or drains kinda smell.
