Bajamar Nerja II 7 Casasol

Location was good property was very secure and quiet. When we booked and paid for a cot this was not at the property on arrival the company did not have a receipt for the payment however the were fantastic at getting this to us and added a highchair which we hadn't asked for but was probably the most useful piece of equipment as it stopped our toddler running around the balcony which had a set of steep stairs to the entrance which we had to barricade daily to stop her falling down them so thank you it made the week less stressful.

Not a toddler friendly property lots of open steep stairs inside and out. The shower cubicle was broken when we arrived a maintenence man came and said it needed replacing which would not be done during our stay this made showering a toddler very difficult and the bathroom flooded daily due to poor drainage in the shower. The rest of the property needs a bit of tlc in the kitchen the skirting boards kept falling off although it was well equipped. The soft furnishing inside and out need a total revamp they have seen better days. Having not been to the area before we would have really appreciated some information in the apartment about the local area we are not idiots abroad but it took a couple of days to get our bearings. We paid as part of the charge £200 for cleaning we always leave a property spotless when we leave (I understand not everyone is the same) however there was no fresh sheets or towels provided during the stay which was a bit disappointing as I needed to was the towels several times due to using them across the bathroom floor to stop slipping due to the flooding shower.

Lots of space for family or three couples. Everything you need in the kitchen with lots of utensils. Own private entrance. Location great, between old town and burriana beach.

Nothing not to like.

The location was fab, the property was ideal.

No mirrors in 2 of the bedrooms.

My room had ants 🐜 in the bed ( no Mattress Cover provided) and the chest of Drawers. They were treated but came back to the Bed again so I had to move into another room. The outside sofa was also Dirty, the Fridge had a smell of Stale Milk in it.Our Welcome Pack's Rashers and Butter were left in a Fridge that was TURNED OFF. So we could not use them.The Shower Door need Replacing again Ants in the Bathroom.

Great location and good choice of outdoor seating areas

At the time of booking, description said two bathrooms. This property only has ONE bathroom. The description has since been updated.

The location was amazing, lovely big property with everything we needed.

The electrics kept tripping out! SoMetimes in the middle of the night so the fridge full of food would switch off! Most nights we were up at 4am ish flicking the switch back on! Not ideal. Also ants in the bathroom and kitchen.

Delightful, stylish, well equipped, excellent location, super family friendly, lovely outdoor space, gated and secure. Would definitely return.
