This place has every home comfort you could think of, is located perfectly, clean, lovely pool, nice area, and very spacious.

There were no real downsides but we had a toddler with us and so we were constantly vigilant with her around the stairs. A little stair gate would have been perfect but I would never have expected that to be present.

it was very well located for the centre of Nerja. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. It is a steep walk to Burriana Beach or a shorter walk with steps to the next bay. Close to local supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop, bakery, fish and English butcher. The shopping trolley was handy under the stairs.

some what poorly designed interior as the front door opens straight onto the stairs, kitchen under stairs area is cramped and kept banging my head there, although very well equipped and modern. the bathroom layout is awkward but again modern in style and clean. there are very steep steps to roof terrace for washing machine but the electric fuse box kept tripping when we used it, the office sent an electrician as soon as we had reported but the issue was not resolved.very disappointed that the pool was not private as it's not made clear in the discription.
