Everything was quite

No continental breakfast & u have very little room service

I couldn't live in those conditions it smelled like cigarettes and it isn't worth it I left

Hit or miss with hot water. Not all channels worked on the tv.No fresh towels or washcloths due to fact of them not telling me to wash them. Feels like i was robbed on day one.

The rooms are infested with roaches

There's to many bugs

No breakfast provided

Cleaning staff never came I know it said once a week I didn’t even get that. One dumpster all the way in the back and the room is full of roaches .

The only half decent thing in the room is the refrigerator and the tv, everything else needs to be removed and replaced with better looking and working in the room. False advertisement of how the rooms look there should be removed off the internet, and replaced with the truth. Had I known the look of the room wasn't the truth, I would have never paid for a room like the one I had.

The microwave oven is very old with rusting inside of it, roaches in the room, the bathroom shower was awful, the entire room needs to be shut down and be renovated up to code. The hole where the shower head is terrible and needs to be repaired, the same with the shower drain. The picture of the room is false adverstiment. For the cost I paid for the room shouldn't have been at that rate, due to the condition of the room. No one enjoys walking into a room with roaches meeting you at the door, especially in the bathroom. I will never come there again. Very disappointed! The rugs need to be pulled up and replaced with a new one, the beds should be larger, there should be two (2) night stands on each side of the bed. The microwave needs to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, with so much rust in it I didn't use it, in fear of some rust dropping into my food.

The bed was very comfortable. It had good water pressure in the shower. It was a nice peaceful stay

There was way to many roaches for my taste. The room really needed to be upgraded. The pictures on line aren't really what the room looks like

It was close to job

They did not have the room I reserved, want let change to what I reserved. I take shower and my whole in the bathroom is full of water. So I to mop the water up everyday. I only have full size bed not queen. I have hot water in my bathroom but not the little kitchen
