InTown Suites Extended Stay Birmingham AL - Homewood

The room was EXTREMELY dirty. I had roaches in my room for my 7 day stay. The floors, table, and cabinets are all sticky. The place seems as it has not been cleaned in months.

They owe me back my deposit and 3 days room rental

The fact that you guys don't give a person their money back after being asked to leave I paid $787 for two weeks and was asked to leave after 5/6 days and you people would not give me back my money. So you all kept my $400. Where is that good business!!!

I booked this room and someone from the hotel called and texted me that the hotel had been overbooked and my reservation was being canceled and the fee would be waived. I then made other arrangements elsewhere. A couple day passed and I noticed on my app that the reservation was still listed as "confirmed" so I contacted the hotel to made sure they had canceled it so I would not be charged a fee. They had not actually canceled the room as they previously stated. They told me they "can't cancel or waive any fee" even though they had told me that was already happening just days prior. I sent them screenshots of the text and was calling the phone number that had texted me directly to ensure it was from the hotel. I ended up being charged a fee and tried to contact the hotel multiple times to be refunded. I was told each time that someone would call me back about the issue and no one ever called.
