"TERRIBLE"

NOTHING!

Well, I should’ve know by the RUDE staff it was going to be terrible. We got in our room and found ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!! Crawling all over the walls. The smell of marijuana would knock you out when you stepped outside. I was staying for 9 days due to my daughters open heart surgery being at Children’s hospital, but had to leave because I couldn’t deal with the roach infestation. The room was nasty. 10/10 would not recommend. I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in there.

I stay at extended stay places a lot and this was the best in a long time. I paid extra for the upgraded room and it was worth it. I had a few issues in the bathroom but they were taken care of immediately and expertly. The front desk was helpful and responsive and all the staff I met during the week I was there were very nice. I will be staying there again.
