"Relaxing stay"

A wonderful setting 10 minute drive outside Lushoto. Easy to get too by car or motorbike. The most comfortable beds in the whole of Tanzania. I slept so well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lushoto Executive Lodge. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel at home. The location is peaceful with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing after exploring Lushoto. The food was also delicious and freshly prepared. I would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone visiting Lushoto!

The breakfast was plentiful, varied and hearty. Delicious juice, a range of ripe fruit, soup, meat with vegetables, potatoes, fried plantain, at times rice or pasta, veggies….and eggs to order. Tea and coffee were offered, but powdered coffee. Our room was spacious with a comfy bed and a very adequate mosquito net. It had a kettle with coffee and tea provided. Fresh bottled water given daily. So we really liked our room. It came with a small outdoor veranda, sofa and table. Bathroom a bit basic but very functional. We ate in every evening and the food was plentiful and decent. It is always freshly cooked so they ask you to pre order 30 minutes before you wish to eat. We enjoyed all our food. And we asked for lunch boxes one day - they were hearty. The Lodge is set in lush gardens so it’s very peaceful, with Blue Monkies, Hornbills and more present daily. We loved the tranquility. And it’s easy to walk into Lushoto, about 50 minutes on safe tracks. And the staff were lovely - friendly and helpful, a real asset to the hotel.

We felt that all our needs were met and that nothing disappointed us.
