Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very beautuful aesthetic throughout. Beautiful view of the mountain and the lake, avoids the view of the construction site like other hotels have currently.

Rooftop bar was great, but maybe an easy way to order from up there would be nice.

"A very enjoyable stay at Rustic house"

The owners and staff were easily available when you needed anything Good location, further away from the huge construction taking place in Cat Ba Great views from the top level roof garden. Free bicycles was a added bonus. The hotel also arranged the tours for us.

Some additional maintenance is needed especially on the floors and cupboards in the rooms. There was exposed wooden flooring and the bamboo cupboard door was damaged in our room.

The room, the staff, the breakfast, the service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Great laundry service and arranged a great transfer to Ninh Binh. Location great too. A beautiful property, the coffee was delicious!! One of us was unfortunately unwell during our stay and the team at rustic house were so attentive and helpful, we are so thankful! 🫶

The rooms are very cosy, comfy and spacious. The staff is so kind. Hương is arranging and helpful, very reactive. It was an amazing stay, I highly recommend!
