Rustic house

Petit hôtel neuf et propre bien situé à CatBa. La chambre était très agréable, lumineuse, propre, et mignonne. Prenez celle avec une vue sur le lac ! Le petit déjeuner était bon, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de formule par contre. Et le personnel était vraiment gentil et serviable. Ils ont été très arrangeants. Possibilité de louer des scooters.

The team truly deserves 5 stars! An impeccable hotel with perfect customer service. The staff is extremely friendly, speaks excellent English, and is always ready to help in any situation. They contacted us in advance and, besides confirming all the necessary details, offered their assistance in organizing tours. Choosing to use their services turned out to be absolutely the right decision! We also rented motorbikes from them — they were in perfect condition and worked flawlessly. P.S. I’ll be recommending you to all my friends and acquaintances. You’ll forever stay in our ❤️

We were more than satisfied with our stay at Rustic House. The staff is kind and went above and beyond to help us with anything. You can tell they are thinking about the little details, which makes this hotel so special. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean and the food is great! The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the center and next to the serene Tung Thu beach. Highly recommend :)

Very nice hotel, excellent location, close to the city center but still quiet. The staff, especially the owner/manager is extremely helpfull and flexible, she helped us to order a boat trip which was also nice. The room was comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed the stay there.

Wir haben uns wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt. Alle waren immer freundlich zu uns und haben uns alle Wünsche bereits vor der Anreise erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren schön groß, vor allem die Betten. Für eine Reise mit Kind absolut super. Es war ruhig und das Frühstück im Café unten war mehr als lecker. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

The room was nice, host was very helpful. She helped us book transport from hanoi and to sapa, and when the travel company cancelled bus to sapa, she helped arrange alternate transport as well. She also helped with motorbike rentals and booking a cruise for lan ha bay. There is a small cafe in the hotel and the food/coffee was decent. We also appreciated the handwritten note and farewell drink after checkout.

Home sạch sẽ, tiện nghi. Dưới tầng 1 là quán cafe nước ép lun, nước cũng khá ngon. Chị chủ home nhiệt tình và chu đáo.

Tuy nhiên khi mới vào phòng hơi mùi thuốc tẩy, home có thể xông tinh dầu hoặc làm cách nào đó cho bớt mùi. Ngoài ra mọi thứ đều ổn.
