This is one of the best stays I have ever had in a guest apartment. Clean, plenty of space, extremely comfortable bed, lots of space to hang clothes, great water pressure in the shower, very well-fitted kitchen with most things you would need (though if you are visiting for leisure, you will probably be tempted by the many restaurants of Bologna). Vincenzo was an excellent host--he will answer all your questions and he's very attentive to communication. Highly recommended!

Our hosts, the owners of the apartment, were so friendly & made sure our stay was excellent. Location is very central but also very quiet.

Nothing not to like: things to get the hang of, e.g the door entry lock.

The appartment: a big bedroom and a spacious room with a kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. Appartment well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (from mugs to dishwasher). Very friendly and helpful host. Superb location: close to groceries, shops and 5 minutes pleasant walk to the main square. No washing machine but convenient access to a public laundry shop. We looked for a while for a decent place to stay for a week in Bologna and this was really perfect.
