Vincent was a wonderfull and courteous host, he welcomed me warmly and explained everything, gave very usefull tipps - and the flat is really tiptop in every sense: excellent equipped, very clean, good to reach from the station, close to city center, supermarket 1 minute to walk, and I slept so well in the comfortable bed (which was doubly important for me as I arrived with bad back pain). I hope I will be allowed to came back and wish all other visitor such perfect stay as I had!

Nothing, it was perfect!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the windows block any noise from outside (it is a quiet side street anyway so no traffic noise really). The house itself is also quiet with interesting architecture. Kitchen has all the equipment you need even if you wanted to cook, there are some basic ingredients as well like oil, salt etc. There is a coffee maker and some teas are also provided, even biscuits :) Bathroom also very nice, I liked the mirror with the storage space to put all the cosmetics in. The locations is perfect - 10-15 mins from the train station and the city center is around the corner, but it really is a quiet street at the same time which is great. The owners who met us were very nice, no request was a problem, and we got tips for restaurants (loved Trattoria Valerio next door, very authentic - we were the only tourists and food was lovely). Extra tip from me for breakfast - Forno Brisa Galliera just round the corner, they have specialty coffee as well which is still hard to find in Italy.

Nothing! I was a bit worried to book as there were only a couple of reviews and they were few months old, but there really is nothing negative to say, I absolutelly recommend booking this place if it is free, would be perfect for longer stays as well.

The property is very spacious & appears to possibly expand. The unit as it is currently is one bedroom with separate spacious bathroom (perfect shower flow & hot water), good sized kitchen, a spacious dining room. There’s two a/c pointing to the living space & the bedroom. There’s a dresser, closet, & working table. I felt I lucked out on this property since many were listed way more & also very old looking. It is about 14 mins & easy walk from bologna centrale station. Also 15 mins from the core of the city’s main attractions. There’s a lot of cafes, bars, restaurants to easy walk to. Highly recommend this spot. I felt it was easier to communicate using google translate to italian so that the host could communicate better with me via italian. even tho they can via english.

nothing but apparently the lift is quite slow so taking the stairs may not be great for those with mobility issues. I had no issues going up & down the stairs.
