JAZ Soma Beach

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Jazz Soma Beach e siamo stati benissimo. È stata una vacanza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista: struttura accogliente, servizi eccellenti e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Mustafa, che ci ha assistito 24 ore su 24 tramite WhatsApp, aiutandoci con qualsiasi necessità e facendoci sentire sempre seguiti e coccolati. La sua professionalità e gentilezza hanno fatto davvero la differenza. Durante il soggiorno c’è stato anche il compleanno della mia compagna e lo staff ci ha regalato un’esperienza indimenticabile: abbiamo trovato una bellissima sorpresa in camera con una torta di compleanno e, durante la cena, ci hanno portato un’altra torta con le candeline. Un gesto davvero speciale che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. L’attenzione verso gli ospiti, la cordialità e la cura dei dettagli dimostrano l’eccellenza della catena JAZ Soma Beach. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi e consigliamo questo resort a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e piacevole. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale! ❤️

Spacious, super entertaining place, you will not need to go outside the resort for the entire holiday. Staff are super helpful, kids shows and night shows and activities were super amusing, food is almost non stop along the day, and it is super delicious at the lobby restaurant. People are very considerate of kids specifically. Overall the experience is beyond expectations. We really had a lovely vacation here and definitely won’t be the last time. المكان اكتر من رائع البحر ساحر اجمل بحر في الغردقه الستاف كلهم محترمين وكأنهم من العائله بيحاولو يفرحوك ويساعدوك بشتي الطرق واخص بالشكر مستتر خالد اللي تابعنا طول فتره الاقامه وفرحنا جدااا في كل حاجه.وفيو الغرفه رائع بجد مكناش عايزين نسيب المكان من جماله وجمال الستاف حتي الجولف كار استاذ عبده ومستر سامي كانو معانا في كل مكان بحد كل الشكر الستاف وجاز سوما بيتش

لاشئ بالمره

Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren tüm çalışanların ilgisi harikaydı. Otelin çalışanları,konumu,denizi,odaların genişliği,temizliği inanılmaz güzel. Aile ve özellikle çocuklar için şahane bir otel. Çalışanların her detayı siz söylemeden farkediyor olması gerçekten bizi çok şaşırttı bu kadar harika bir ekibi nasıl bir araya getirebilmişler diye diye tatil yaptık. Sahilde bulunan Waves Beach Bar'da Attiya sayesinde şahane kokteyller tattık :) Otele varmadan planlamanın başladığını belirten ve çıkışımıza kadar her detayda bizimle iletişimde kalan bu tatilin şahane geçmesini sağlayan Khaled Mostafa'ya şükranlarımızı sunuyoruz :) Tekrar bu otele gideceğiz ! :)

Food, beach and staff.

Tv program was very bad and outdated channels.Animation wasn't impressing.
