I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, and what made it exceptional was the incredible team. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Khaled Mostafa, whose professionalism and kindness set the tone for our entire stay. A very special thanks to Mr. Abdelaziz Amer, the manager, for his outstanding attitude, genuine care, and attention to every small detail — even after check-out. This level of dedication is rare and highly appreciated. I would also like to highlight Chef Azab for the amazing daily buffets and his continuous follow-up to ensure everything was perfect. During Ramadan, he went above and beyond by arranging a great Suhoor delivered to my room after working hours, which truly reflects exceptional commitment and care. Honestly, the hotel management should highly value and retain staff like them. They are the real reason guests have such a positive experience and recommend the hotel to others. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again.
