We liked the location, balcony and the common area of the guesthouse. The kitchen was good as well.

Our bedroom was very dusty and moldy. The bathroom was dirty.

The house is extremely cold, and there is no heating system at all. If you’re planning to stay here, make sure to bring a very warm jacket and layers to protect yourself from the cold inside. Additionally, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, with a lot of hair in the toilet and shower area. It seems like the volunteers or staff responsible for upkeep don’t pay much attention to maintaining the space. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and comfort really impacted my stay. Would not recommend during colder seasons.

The property is in a private lot, which felt safe and easy to park in front of the house. The living room is nice and modern and the kitchen is well equipped. Our room had a big private terrace, which I believe is very nice in warmer weather. The mattresses felt like new and were comfortable.

We visited in January 2025, the house was very cold and humid without any heater in the room and they didn’t offer any extra blanket when we asked for it. The bathroom was generally clean but very humid and moldy. The sound isolation in the rooms is very limited.
