There were ants in my bed, and flies in the room. For the price this was disappointing. Bed not comfortable. No soap or anything

That it was in a difficult area requiring security guards at entrance . As a result I did not feel safe to walk into town to eat later

Very nice location, 15 min walktime to Ericeira city center. Very nice and calm neighbourhood, with proximity to nearby beaches. The house itself was well equipped.

Unfortunately the description on booking doesnt really match the reality, as it is more of a hostel. Ontop of regular guests (1 more room on top of 3 we booked) there were 2-3 teenagers "taking care of the house" who were also using it as if it was theirs, while inviting their friends and strangers, so it was quite weird and uncomfortable having random people come in and use the house. Shower on bottom floor was super small and oftentimes drained Rooms on first floor had insanely loud beds which during any movement would make such loud noise you could barely sleep.

It’s a hostel, not a hotel. My mistake…I thought it was a cheaper hotel not a more expensive hostel. I didn’t realised it’s a shared bathroom….again my fault. However the e beds are both uncomfortable and very creaky…IKEA that have been assembled and disassembled too many times.

The location is perfect. I believe it a gated community so it's very secure, but I will say the taxi had to drop me off at the gate which meant I had to walk about 1 minute to the actual house. There's so great breakfast places just a 5 minute walk from the room and plenty of space in the kitchen if you'd rather make breakfast at the house. The staff was very welcoming and did a great job keeping the place clean and vibey.

There really wasn't much to not like, but I will say that the house was almost too quiet which meant you could kind of hear everybody moving around when they got up. So if you're looking to watch TV at night you may want to be mindful of the hours.

It was described as a Beachfront, it was not beachfront.

No breakfast was supplied with this room deal, but I have to say the kitchen facilities were excellent

All services were fantastic, with exception to the bathroom's ensuite which had poor ventilation and drainage while showering. The bedroom smelt of humidity due to the shower & WC's poor ventilation. The Hosts offered me a purifier/ dehumidifier which helped a little. The solution to the problem is provide a strong ceiling exhaust extraction fan and better drainage for shower water

The location was fantastic. 3 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to small cafe overlooking the cliffs. 8 minute walk to the north side of town.

Had great facilities. We were free to use them and were able to look after ourselves. Supermarket was close by which was handy for us.
