部屋が綺麗。広々していた。

チェックインや鍵のシステムがわかりにくい。洗濯機の洗剤が自動投入だったが、洗剤の質がイマイチなのか嫌な匂いがした。

広くて、簡易のキッチンもあり良かった。お風呂は家のお風呂と同じタイプで浴槽と洗い場が別で使いやすかった。子供と一緒だったので利用しやすかった。

洗面所の壁や、洗面所の照明に埃が見えて掃除があまり行き届いていないように思ってしまいました。またコインランドリーの洗濯機が臭くて、使うのをためらいました。洗濯物を洗わないと旅行中の着替えがなかったので利用しましたが。残念な点もありましたが、料金を考えると全体的に良いホテルでした。大変満足です。
