初めてのシステムでとても不安でしたが、宿泊前からメールでのやり取りも迅速に対応、お部屋も綺麗で大満足です。子供達もオートロック機能や広いお部屋に大興奮でした。周囲には歩いて行けるコンビニやコストコもあり不便なく利用出来ました、また広島に行った際は利用しようと思ってます。

ひとつだけ気になったのはお皿に少し汚れが付いていました。でも洗剤とスポンジが常備されていたので問題はなかったです。本当にいい思い出になりました。

部屋がとても広く、きれいだった 駐車場も比較的近くにあり、よかった

お皿やコップ、調理器具かあることを教えて欲しかった シャワーをもう少し下で、できるようなフックが欲しい お風呂用のイスも欲しい
