・簡単な自炊ができる。 冷蔵庫も一人暮らしサイズのもの 皿、スプーン、グラス、ティーカップ、抹茶セット(お茶が点てれる)、コーヒー、紅茶、サラダ油、アジシオ、フライパン、片手鍋、湯沸かし器が設備されている ・お風呂とトイレが別々

・お風呂の栓がプッシュ式だが緩くて、漏れて湯を貯めれなかった。 押し込んだら使えた。 ・駐車場の割引券があるので無料かと思いきや、500円は自己負担であること（分かりやすい表示にしてほしい)
