Marco is a very nice host. He provided me a lot of information that was very helpful for my stay in Bologna. The apartment was beautiful and very well-maintained. I can truely recommend this place.

Tutto! Fin dall‘accoglienza Marco è stato impeccabile, presentami una sistemazione curata nel dettaglio e con ogni accortezza per la permanenza (frigo pieno di cibo e bevande per una ricca colazione, ma anche una coperta in più per l’esigenza, prodotti per la pulizia personale e della cucina,..) La sistemazione era piccola, ma molto curata. Sono stata benissimo e la zona è molto tranquilla, ma anche ben connessa. Tutto davvero perfetto! Tornerò sicuramente!

Le Guest House est idéal. La décoration, l'agencement, la propreté et le calme du lieu sont un vrai plus. Marco est aux petits soins, toujours disponible et à l'écoute. Le frigidaire était rempli pour pouvoir préparer le petit déjeuner. Le centre ville est rapidement accessible en bus. Il y a de bons restaurants aux alentours.

Fantastic stay, room was excellent, clean and full of extras. Location was great, walkable to the old town, but felt very local, with lovely restaurants close by and a beautiful park. Marco was a fabulous host! Bologna is beautiful, we hope to visit again and will stay at Marcos place!

WiFi Connection

Very pleasant and well furnished room and kitchen . Very comfortable bed , excellent breakfast from fully stocked fridge and cupboards. Parking was possible right in front for a mere 9 € per day. Bus 11 , a hundred metres away takes you straight to the historical centre. The outstanding host, Marco, makes guests really feel welcome, and was most helpful. We’re looking forward to returning.
