Plenty of space.. on the door step to everything. Comfortable beds.

Dishwasher tabs, bleach and an extra bin bags would be helpful. Main bedroom the lamps and the ceiling light did nit work so no lighting at all.

Everything was easy and location was perfect. Nice and warm, everything worked. Right on a busy road so not brilliant for young children but not a problem for us. Aldi on doorstep, town on doorstep, lovely view across park to river. Parking an absolute bonus - as there were roadworks outside with one way light we found it easy to get on and off drive but may be tricky usually??? Anyway we will definitely go back it had everything we needed.

Could have done with a little washing up liquid provided just to get us started for the first night but there were tbags and toilet paper which was good.

The bunk beds were very uncomfortable and not suitable for adults as advertised, the bottom bunk collapsed on our daughter twice in the night. The double bed mattress was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The shower upstairs was scolding hot and couldn't be adjusted, the control was broken.

My family consisted of my parents, two sisters and my 4 year old niece, we visited extended family in Llangollen. We enjoyed that we had two free spaces for car parking, easy check in and out, spacious enough for all of us to be together a few nights. Great location and close to amenities.

A few things: my mum has asthma and smelt the dampness on her arrival (old building). The water in the showers was steaming hot, which you couldn’t turn down and was too hot for the child (she had to have a bath not a problem but an inconvenience time wise) and was sometimes too hot for the adults. The oven hasn’t been cleaned properly as we attempted to cook twice, pizzas and sausages and both times you had to be careful with the oven releasing a lot of smoke and the fire alarm went off twice. We had undercooked food and then ate out to ease stress. Lastly, one of the single divan bed frames was already broken, an adult sat on the bed and the mattress sunk in, (this is how we noticed) and we had to change our sleeping arrangements to put the child on the broken bed (lightweight to not break further) and an adult on the top bunk - messaged about the bed the first night and not received a response.
