"Good"

Location to things were were doing., Adjacent parking. Good hot water. Good strong WIFI.

Some of the decor needs some repairs - some trim in living room and a dining chair was broken (we labelled it so no-one else would sit on it). Traffic noise - but what could we expect as it was right by the A5.

"Three days well spent in a nice part Wales."

The proximity to the town and services , shops, bars and restaurants is perfect. Nice views from the cottage over the park to the river. The cottage has all the equipment required to make this a real home from home.

The property is well equiped, comfortable and clean. The location is excellent with just a 5 minute walk by the river to the town centre and a couple of minutes to Aldi supermarket in the other direction. There are 2 parking spaces next to the property and a very handy rear access door which means you do not need to use the front door that leads directly on to the main road.

The property sits directly on the main A5 road with the front door opening on to the road, however there is a rear door which leads directly to the parking area.
