Hillside Heaven quiet and comfortable

Location great for accessing redwood forest and walking; room for large family gathering

property is needing quite a bit of maintenance

The location was great and great views. Accessible to every thing. Great potential of the property.

The house was awfully unclean. For the money that we paid. It was not very well maintained, No clean. There were spider webs every where. The kitchen back splash was peeling off. unclean front yards. Looks like the property owner rents this out of disinterest. very dirty sofas. Some one hesitate to sit on them. only thing that we can call it clean was the carpets on the floor.

The place was perfect for our family. Central to everything. Liked the gaming area. Spacious lounge. Beds were comfortable. The view was great. Everyone loved it.

The stairs were dangerous for little toddlers, so maybe a safety gate to have when babies are around. which we could see there was one before.

A great place for a group of us. Had everything we needed. Spacious and warm.

This is our 2nd stay at the house. It’s big. It’s fits everyone in. It’s warm and it’s in a good area

Clean very spacious

Excellent location. Quiet neighbourhood only a short 10 minutes drive from the events centre. Bedrooms were all of a good size and a variety of sleeping arrangements catered for. The lounge / dining space were well connected and allowed a focus place to reflect on the day. We didn't use any of the entertainment options available as we mainly used the house for sleeping. We did however use the kitchen for breakfast, and found plenty of crockery to use.
