Hillside Heaven quiet and comfortable

Spacious, plenty of room for 2 families.

The house needs some TLC.

Beds were comfortable. Extra blankets. Heaters in each room. Large dinning table. Beautiful view to wake to in the mornings.

The house was cold extra heating in every room was a must. There were outside security cameras which is a good thing however it was not mentioned upon booking. We were woken by car doing skids on the road 1am by the time we fiqured out who to ring they were gone.

Lovely quiet area. Great amenities, fantastic having a games area downstairs adn the beds were so comfy.

There was old blood on a pillow, mould on a mattress, dining room light didn't work, rubbish/recycling from previous people was still there, mirrors were dirty and the upstairs bathroom and toilet walls and doors were dirty.

Location was great, nice and quiet, awesome house, great for all our family members, we had a great time staying in Rotorua

Plenty of room for 6 adults to sit, eat and relax. The view from the (spacious) lounge room windows was stunning.

The kitchen facilities were a bit tired. Some cupboards were best left unopened. Would have been nice to be provided with some chux/cloths to wipe benches, tables, coffee tables after use. Also some microwave containers (bottoms and lids) would be handy.

Lovely home to stay at, close to amenities and a nice area.

There's nothing that we could really complain about everything was there. But perhaps as a suggestion, if you had more hand towels and maybe a extra bath mat in both bathrooms that would be spot on.

The gaming room was great fun, and the view is amazing! The property has plenty of rooms.

The interior needs some updating, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The house is based around all the attractions in Rotorua which was great. Comfortable and cosy. Great accommodation

Both Rubbish bins were almost full when we arrived by the time we left the bins were overflowing, it just looked untidy with our Rubbish placed on the side of the bins.
