De gezamenlijke keuken.

De kamer en badkamer waren veel te klein! Er werd gezegd dat je de auto gewoon in de straat kan parkeren, maar dat is echt niet oké.

The location was good just what we needed.

The security of the property left me and my son feeling extremely vulnerable. With a drunk member of the public entering the "secure" building and manual setting off the fire alarms. The owner was not willing to listen to how vulnerable we felt knowing people could enter the building and rooms. Would not stay again as felt unsafe even though it was good value. Definitely worth paying a bit more to be safe.

Comfortable and clean. No problem accessing the property.

One light in the room didn't work. The shower room extractor fan continued going for a long time after the light had been turned off.

Location and easy access

Mould on the walls, stained carpet, noisy upstairs and road noise.

Perfect location just a short walk from both the beach and the town centre, lovely little room with all the facilities we needed.

Good communication beforehand. Straightforward..Liked the simplicity of self-service room and shared kitchen. Clean, comfy, basic good value for money and convenient. Near Kimberly park which is pretty and town..

Very compact bathroom so would struggle if tall/large..

Have stayed once before, and each time has been very comfortable. Plenty of facilities on hand, ample space, and not too far frm the town centre whist being just far enough away from the crowds. Beds are very comfy and warm, private bathrooms are well stocked. There's plenty of room in the rooms to make it cosy and welcoming. Plenty of natural light and feels very secure. Easy to contact the owners for any issues too. A previous stay a couple of years ago I had an issue with a radiator, and someone was round right away to check it and resolve it. Very well priced as well which makes short stays seeing friends a lot more viable and easier. Look forward to staying again when I next visit Falmouth =)

Sound proofing could be a bit better with the front windows and doors. Easy to hear vehicles passing by (virtually none at night time jsut to reassure), and also had issues with some other guests having 'a domestic' shall we say one night in another room in the house - and this could be very clearly heard late into the night. HOWEVER! The owners were very supportive after we mentioned this and they spoke to the people involved reminding them of the noise policy and to respect other guests - which was greatly appreciated and there were no further disturbances. The only other criticism I have is the rooms could do with a deep clean as there was some dust build up in areas, and the bathroom was rather cold with no shelf near the shower/sink for toiletries. But these are more constructive criticisms which didn't negatively affect my stay. Absolutely don't let that put you off =)
