"nice and convenient for town and bus routs"

check in by code was nice and easy and contact through text with codes was good . 10 - 15 minute walk depending on how quick you walk into the Highstreet and harbour ,quite street as we were at the back so minimal traffic noise . picked as we had been camping for the weekend and wanted a place with washing machine that could use. had ironing board, iron and kitchen was good to use as had a fridge and freezer .clothes horses for wet washing and a separate dining room laid out with tables.

the room was small and the bathroom is a bit of a squeeze ,

There was a shower problem which was ultimately responded to and fixed. Apart from that everything was clean, very good standard and efficient

The only thing was our room was a little bit too small The toilet/shower was tiny for two
