Modern 2-Bed Apartment in Central Madrid

The location was excellent since it was so close to Plaza Mayor and so many shops and restaurants! It was very clean and the staff was very nice as well. It was exactly as advertised and seemed to be newly redone. It was within walking distance to many attractions like the Prado Museum and the Royal Palace though it would take at least 20 minutes to get to the Prado. The towels provided were extra large which was a nice touch. Also liked that they provided an extra trash bag and a dishwasher soap pod, which we used.

Unfortunately it was very noisy but that is to be expected based on its location. Madrid is a very busy city. We were also told that recycle and garbage bins would be put outside every night after 7pm but We unfortunately couldn’t put out our trash the last night we were there since the garbage bin wasn’t put outside.

Die Lage ist super zentral. Gegenüber vom Mercado San Miguel, ein paar Schritte zur Plaza Major, ca. 5 Min zur Puerta del Sol und zum Palacio Real. Das Parkhaus Plaza Mayor ist etwa 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die zwei Bäder sind bei 4 Personen super. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr angenehm. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Rolläden. Ein Aufzug ist im Haus auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Fantastic location. Excellent communication, clear instructions on how to access the property and very accommodating allowing us earlier check in and later check out. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. The apartment is so well equipped, very clean, beautiful view and right in the centre near loads of great restaurants and bars!

Only thing I would add is a kettle as we do love a cup of tea in the mornings!

Location is very central. Walk to everywhere in every direction. Grocery store right down stairs. Water is hot in the shower. We took 3 showers in a row with no problems. Has small laundry machines and full kitchen for cooking even though it was not mentioned in the listing. Balconies are wonderful. We just got out there to people watch when we were resting in between outings. There is no lack of stuff to do there.

A bit noisy from the outside past midnight and early in the morning. High traffic area to the narrow alley way in front of building. Honking in the morning is inevitable for the many delivery trucks that tries to get a move on.

No clear instructions on how to access the building - after several phone calls, placed while we were waiting in the pouring rain, the host told us that we we supposed to call a half-hour before arrival. But no-one told us that.

Loved the decor, the space and location convenient to supermarket, tourist spots and restaurants

The street noise, but thats normal!

Very central location, the neighbourhood can get quite busy, but the views from the living room towards Mercat de San Miguel are absolutely priceless. Very clean and well equipped apartment, minutes away from the Opera metro station. Warmly recommended!

Bit noisy inside the building (neighbours) but relatively normal in Spain. Only two wineglasses is a bit tight for an apartment that accommodates at least four people. The main bedroom would have been even better with a TV in it.

Location and overall condition.There was plenty of room for three of us, beds were comfortable. Aircon in every room. Food Market on the other side of the street. Grocery shop basically under our house. Walking distance to Gran Via.
