The great staff and the services provided. Additionally the location is beautiful and, the architecture of the hotel is just wonderful.

They should be able to schedule the ferry for the guests.

O quarto é muito confortável e silencioso, foi ótimo para desacelerar e relaxar. O hotel tem fácil acesso à praia do Veloso, que não tem muita infraestrutura, mas é bem tranquila, então vale pela praticidade de acesso.

O serviço do restaurante poderia ser melhor. Mesmo com o restaurante vazio, levou quase uma hora para os pratos chegarem.
