Dekorasyon, tasarım, çok güzeldi, yatak rahattı, kahvaltı kötü desem hak yemiş olmam. İyi değildi. Keşke kahvaltı da mükemmel olsaydı, o zaman kesin bir daha giderdim diyebilirim.

Awesome customer service, they were great in arranging airport shuttles and answering any questions we had. Comfortable and clean rooms with working air conditioning. Morning breakfast was delicious

For a newer hotel this was one of the best. Can’t beat the view and close to everything you need it to be.

Thoroughly enjoyed my three night stay and specially the captivating view of morning ballon's fly from my window was magical.

Design of hotel is very nice, compared to other hotel in cave style. The room is very big and clean, with a little balcony, fridge, teapot but one cup for 2 people, a double bed, sofa and a chair. Room offers privacy, we didn’t hear any loud noises. The shower is very small, smaller than in hotel rooms of smaller size and the shower head was broken. The hotel is only 3 floors height so there is no lift. It has a rooftop from which you can watch air balloons on sunrise. Breakfast provides local food, many cheeses, and offers more of salty food than sweet. Drinks are limited, just water, tea, coffee, orange juice and pomegranate juice (both juices very diluted) and milk. Breakfast starts very late at 8.15 and if you go to hot air balloons you have to wait for 1 hour before you can eat. Hotel has pool but it is not very big.

The property was amazing! It was much better than expected! The hotel and the room was very well designed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful - we even had an impromptu magic show! The outdoor pool isn't heated and is right next to the outdoor dining, but it was so refreshing to get in during the hot summer. We ate at the hotel for all our meals. Breakfast was a very good buffet, and then for lunch and dinner we had so many delicious options to choose from. So people are aware, for a/c in the summer, change the a/c setting to the "diamond" looking option. And there is both an indoor and an outdoor pool that are open depending on the season. I will definitely stay here again!

Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Unfortunately, dogs (outside of the hotel property) kept barking throughout the nights.
