avid Hotel Sioux City - Downtown by IHG

The room was clean but a bit small. The hotel overall was very nice. The location near 4th St is great, but I would walk to 4th St after dark. It's a bit sketchy til you get to 4th St itself. Having Table 32 next door is awesome.

kind of hard to find at night

Front staff was very rude.

Front desk person left us waiting while she was going over a note with another employee who stayed with her at the front desk after finally checking us in. Mold in the shower had been growing for some time. Could be a nice stay with great restaurants nearby. Attention to customer service and property condition would make all the difference.

If you're a family of 4 you'd better like each other as the rooms seem smaller than other places. Plenty of room for 1 to 3 people.

Room was clean. Air worked great. Almost new building. Can hear loud cars on interstate is only drawback.great breakfast and coffee close to major attractions. They do have a courtesy van also but did not inquire

Been to the hotel twice and was great with a comfortable room and great service
