"Vehicle Break-Ins"

Per the police (and confirmed in news articles), Lebanon area hotels are a frequent target for criminals breaking into cars for smash and grabs. My family vehicle was broken into at this hotel, along with 7 others, on the same night. It is a nightmare to have your vehicle window broken out while traveling, and the extreme weather at that time added to the stress. Stay here at your own risk.

"Smash and Grab, lose your stuff"

Tooooo much light in the room!!! 7 lights in the room. No way to close blinds on the window. Toilet seat loose. tub is slick, add another hand hold. 8 vehicles were smash and grab. Install more lights in parking lot and cameras. Maybe an inside job to let thieves know when a lot of vehicles to rustle

"It was “ok” based on what your desires may be"

It was my own fault for not reading everything carefully…but I’ve never been at a hotel that only offered services one day per week. So going to get clean towels myself was new to me. My husband liked the idea of the frig and recliner (which was like the rock hard ones next to a hospital bed). Based on our personal preference of continental breakfast, clean towels provided daily, and a mini frig to suit our needs, we won’t be staying at Candlewood Suites again.
