"clean but did not rest well"

Hotel was clean, staff was great. We had a horrible night because the cleaner that they used made us both sick. Also, we like to sleep with the noise of a fan and we were unable to set the system on fan.

very noisy. was awakened 3X late that night and agin in the morning. I felt like the upstairs ro was gonna come thru the ceiling. worse was getting up to shower and there was no hot water - had a very important meeting that morning. Informed the front desk employee and she basically brushed it off as nothing. Some sort of offer for compensation would have been nice. Paid $134/for the night and it was definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed 😞 and angry 😠

I come to Nashville, Tennessee every 6 months to go to a Hepatoligst. I like to stay at the Candlewood Suites when I come. I love all the amenities, like the kitchenette with the refrigerator, coffee pot etc. I highly recommend staying here if you're traveling.
