"No hot water."

Everything was great except there was no hot water.

No hot water. We rented two rooms because we needed showers for rodeo prom. They didn’t tell us when we checked in that there was no hot water and that they’d been having issues all week. They said they’d had several plumbers there. One worker said they were leaving the water running in the rooms that didn’t have guests to get the water to heat up. My husband told them that this would never work and would only allow cold water. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund or something due yo not being able to take a shower either day. She said they couldn’t do anything because it was through booking.com. They should tell people before they check in. Jasmine the GM was sweet though.

Starting at about 5:30am there was a very loud banging. dont know but i think it was a service door.

no hot water. we were told when checking out that you have to run the water for about 45 to get hot water.
