Certaines choses sont un peu sale comme la protection de douche moisie. L’attitude de la propriétaire des lieux qui c’est montrée intrusive par moment.

I like that location is just a few minutes from the old town and all the restaurants. I also like that they support sustainability and not use shampoo sachets, and they have slippers for the bathroom and inside the room.

The shower curtain which I find a little to dirty, needs cleaning.

O quarto mais espaçoso que já ficamos na Ásia, extremamente limpo, funcional, novíssimo! Localização melhor não há, perto do rio e do night market, e sem barulho. Silencioso. Recomendo!

O hotel é novo. Creio que ainda está organizando a recepção. Sugiro que seja decorada e mobiliada à altura dos quartos e serviços, pois é bastante simples, e a primeira impressão é muito importante. Mas não chega a ser um ponto negativo. Os quartos e localização superaram as expectativas!

At first, I misunderstood the situation and thought the room had been changed. However, the lady owner of the accommodation kindly accepted my apology. No matter what I did, she treated me like a relative’s child from beginning to end. Actually, I liked the room at the back even more than the front one, because it was quieter and allowed me to really feel the local atmosphere. (Photos attached.) If you have time, I highly recommend taking a look at the items she sells. Clothes that other vendors sell for 200,000 VND are available here for only 50,000–100,000 VND. She also lends bicycles for free. In addition, she can arrange a taxi to the airport at a cheaper price than Grab. (I used Grab because I didn’t have cash and had my card registered in the app, but it ended up costing more than the taxi fare she offered.) Even if you’re away for just one day, the room is cleaned spotlessly. The location is extremely convenient, the building is one of the newest in Hoi An, and on top of that, the people and management are wonderful. With all of this, is there really any reason not to choose this place?

It's a place close to the center. Walk out to the market, near the river, and across to the old town. The room is generally okay. There's a pho restaurant nearby, and it's delicious.

The room is not soundproof. You can hear people walking by and talking.
