Overall it was a pleasant stay, thanks to the great host! Checkin and out were smooth and direct. Location was pretty convenient as it's near to the night market, literally less than 50 steps away from the door step. It's a safe area to stay in. I even went for a jog at 5am and I'm glad to say it's safe to do so. Room was very clean and fresh. They even provide us with water and basic amenities. Food was easily accessible too. If you're planning to get a driver around, feel free to reach out to the hosts. Friendly hosts and family. Much recommended if you're in Hoi An.

"Nicely Located"

LOCATION! It's surrounded by foot massage / nail places (great after walking around all day) and in a quiet alley. Very near the night market. Walking distance to the heart of Hoi An. Also value for money.

I felt this is more like a home stay rather than a hotel. However the basics a traveler would need were met. There's aircon, clean enough and spacious room, private bath, also hairdryer... There are bicycles for rent.

Location was right next to night market! So noisy street at times. No elevator so no wheelchair access. They burn incense and can be irritant for people who have breathing issues. They do not clean rooms unless you ask.

This property looks brand new and is in perfect condition. My wife and I stayed here February 2025 had a really good experience. everything is within walking distance right outside your hotel. Hoi An is the most incredible little time with bustling night life.

Location was so close to everything - 3 minute walk to the main bridge, 1 minute walk to the night market, free bike to go to the beach, very comfortable.
