It was very close to the Ado bus station

The actitude of the owner was deplorable, he act like he was doing a favor I've decided to change the location.

Close to ADO bus station and city center. Employees were friendly,offered breakfast,gave us towel which wasnt at room. Bed was comphy.

No window in room-very dark. No little light in the room. Flush in the toilet isnt strong enough to flush it all 🙈😀 in the sink almost no water.

It has a kitchen and is a really cozy vibe of a hostel, the staff are also really nice too.

The breakfast and the location were good

The problems there were huge. Dirty bathroom, not the cleanest room either, toilet flush not working and the owner coming up with excuses instead of fixing it, fridge not working any of the days I was there (again excuses), literally the worst place I stayed in Merida. We had to drop buckets of water to clean thw toilet. I want a compensation for this one, the booking rating didnt correspond to the reality at all.
