Valhalla Residences by Biwa

Overall, my stay was for 8 days and throughout those 8 days it was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The receptionist was kind and made you feel welcome. It is especially best at night because there isn't really any noise to bother anyone who's stays. I had always felt safe staying here, the doors were secure and needed codes to get into them. Overall 10/10 place to stay in whenever you're in Tulum.

We had a great experience at this place. Think of it more like an airbb. The apartments are very spacious and clean. A tip is to stop by a convenient store before arriving here so you can stock up some snacks and drinks to eat after a long day of traveling. They do have a fridge/stove and basic utensils. Antonietta is in charge, she was very sweet and helpful. She can give you a list of taxi drivers to get around since taxi drivers don't come by the property since its a private community. These apartments are a little isolated around a few blocks but in taxi/transportation close to most touristic places like the cenotes, zona arqueológica, and a few beaches. Overall great experience at Valhalla.

No transportation available in or around the hotel, and the airport shuttle they arranged took us to the wrong terminal. Very little english, no iron for clothing. No day cleaning of rooms. Service was not good. Antoinetta is very sweet, and helped the best she could. No food options on site.

It’s was better than expected! Clean, safe and worth every buck. Centrally located to Tulum ruins and cenotes. Antonieta property manager was amazing and very helpful! I can’t wait to go back.

Just a beautiful place overall with its simplicity and modern design. The room was gorgeous and had the basics and everything we needed along with a stocked kitchen ready for us to cook our meals if we chose to. Our host Antonieta was wonderful and super helpful friendly and just an over all joy to communicate with as she made sure we had everything we needed and also recommend areas of the beach and places for us to visit near by so we can get the most out of Tulum. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit. Amazing experience.

It was in a gated community and the property manager was very nice and accommodating. The laundry service was perfect.
