The entire staff at the Element Sea-Tac Tukwila were wonderful. These exceptional employees need acknowledged and rewarded for their extreme helpfulness and friendliness: Lynette at the front desk- Dominic, Anita and Bheng from the Breakfast Crew. Lynette and Dominic were the most accommodating, caring, kind and sociable people. They made ourtrip to Seattle wonderful and we’re looking forward to returning.

I wouldn't have stayed, if I couldn't have ate breakfast everyday, and been greeted by Dominic, Anita, and Bheng! Every morning, these three would greet me by name, making me feel special, I deeply appreciate the hearts of these people, and the food that they prepare for the guest consumption, they're doing a great job, and thus far, this has been one of the best places I've stayed in my 8 years of being a traveling technician.

Everything was amazing, from the food to the location, staff, and room. It was very warming to have staff so sweet. Everyone was so nice but Dominic, Anita, and Bheng were extremely friendly.

We liked everything about the hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was awesome! like eating at home.

Clarissa is an amazing bartender who made my experience unforgettable! She is funny, sweet, and has such a great personality that makes you feel welcome right away. The drinks she crafted were incredible! She created them using her own knowledge and expertise. Everything she recommended was delicious, and it was clear she truly knows her craft. I had the best time ever and can't wait to come back and see her again!

Great one night stay here after a long flight. We recently stayed for one night after getting in on a 15 hr flight from Singapore. I checked in on the app before our departure to indicate that we would arrive early. During the flight, I received notification that our room was available - which was great to know we’d be able to check in on arrival. After landing and a short (but pricey!) Uber ride, our family of 5 made our way to the front desk with luggage in tow, to be informed that only one of our two rooms was available, and that the other room was still being cleaned. Being too tired to argue, we accepted keys to the first room and went to settle in. After several minutes, I went back down to the front desk to inquire about ANY other rooms being available, explaining that we’d just arrived on a 15 hr flight and really wanted to just get settled and go to sleep. Turns out there was a room avail just a couple of doors down from the first room, and we were quickly issues additional keys to the second room. Many thanks to Kris at the front desk for being so accommodating. Not only did she accommodate our early check in, after initially thinking we needed two adjoining rooms, she was able to get us into a second room while still keeping us fairly close together. I truly appreciate her understanding and willingness to accommodate guest needs. As for the hotel itself, the location is great, in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. There is a mall that is a short walkable distance away. We took a quick Uber there to catch a late night movie as we were all wide awake after sleeping all day. The hotel has many amenities that we would normally have taken advantage of - pool, hot tub, bar, patio, lounge space in the lobby, fitness center, and a pretty decent breakfast spread. Unfortunately our priority was sleep so we didn’t partake in any of it at all. I also want to shout out Adri for her friendliness and professionalism at the front desk. Between Kris and Adri and the other staff members we encounters, they truly set this hotel apart. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there is no airport shuttle. You’d think for a hotel that has the airport in its name “Element by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Airport”, there would be an actual shuttle to the airport. Not the case here. You’ll need a $40-$60 Uber to get back and forth, and be sure to factor in your wait time particularly for an early morning flight. Aside from the lack of an airport shuttle, I would still make this my hotel of choice over those onsite at the airport. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, ample amenities, and great location, all capped off by a friendly and professional staff.
