Clean, modern rooms, great kitchenettes, clean fitness center, gated parking, excellent breakfast setup. The breakfast staff (Dominic, Anita and Bheng) are so friendly and helpful! A great way to start every day!

The hotel is nice and cozy. Staff are very friendly, from front desk and housekeeping. Want to commend as well the people who assisted us Bheng (Ma), Dominic, and Anita. They are very friendly.

Prior going to Seattle, we have been to Chicago and New York. We have not so good experience from there so we weren’t really expecting much. But Seattle was superb and it's because of our stay here. Breakfast was good. We were greeted by extraordinary crew, Beth, Dominic and Anitha. They were so respectful and kind. There was also a male housekeeper who helpes us in the elevator. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. I will never forget this experience with Elements. Will be booking here again for our next visit

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this property whenever we visit Seattle from Vancouver, BC. We love this property because it is new, modern, clean, great breakfast, central location to what we need, and fantastic customer service. On this visit, we were assigned room 525 top floor with 2 queen beds and it was fantastic....no kids stomping from above us and quiet as well. Front desk agent, Kris, was excellent in assigning us our room and in ensuring our 2 separate reservations for 2 nights were linked together so we did not need to change rooms. Kris was extremely helpful and friendly and made us felt very valued and appreciated being Bonvoy Elite Gold members. We appreciated Kris very much. Breakfast was very good as usual....fresh blueberries were so sweet and natural along with bananas, apples, and oranges. There is also decaf coffee along with different types of juices. On our first day we had tiny hashbrown rounds, turkey patties, and an egg rounds (not good), hardboiled eggs, cheeses, salsa, breads, pastries, yogurt, and different types of cereal. Our queen bed was very comfortable...not too soft and not lumpy ....the bed sheets were smooth and cozy especialy with the down duvet which we appreciated very much. Washroom lights are nice and bright so I can see everything on my face...lol.. There is only a step in shower and no bathtub but forus it is just fine. We did not use their fairly large gym and their small indoor pool. There was also washers and dryers on the 5th floor. (believe it is $3.50 per wash?) From the hotel to walk to the Southcenter Mall takes only 10 to 12 minutes brisk walking and it is so convenient. It also take about 15 minutes to walk to Costco. We love the Element Sea Tac and we will be back very soon as this is our come to property when we are here! Huge thank you to Kris and all the staff at the hotel for making their guests feel valued, appreciated, and special!

This is our second year in a row that we stayed at the Element. The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating . Breakfast is top notch and sure to please even the pickiest eater! Every morning Bheng, Anita, and Dominic would great us and made us feel like family, always going above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Thank you again for all that you do and will see you again next year!!
