A group of us recently stayed at the Element for over a month on a work-related project. I travel for a living and rarely find anything at a hotel that’s exceptionally good or bad that’s worth taking the time to write a review. However in this case, the staff is worthy of mention. Dominic, Anita, and Bheng were downstairs every morning fastidiously keeping the complimentary breakfast topped off, and welcoming all of us with a warm “Good Morning!” Likewise, the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable in our “home away from home” for over a month. They’ve easily earned 5 stars in my book.

Element was a great hotel and the bartender Kellie was amazing, I would stay there again just to see her! The service was amazing!

Kellie was my favorite part!! She was awesome! Cannot wait to come back and I’m really hoping Kellie is there when I return!! Amazing !

My favorite thing about this hotel is the staff. The bar tender Kellie is amazing. She is attentive, kind and very friendly. The food at the bar is also very good.

Clean, comfortable, easy to access. Staff was all very nice.

Very hard to get ahold of. We used booking.com and for some reason after submitting our reservation, booking changed our dates with no notice. It was a huge hassle to get anyone on the phone and then the hotel refused to speak with us, but booking kept telling us to speak with the hotel. We finally got it all sorted and I was able to speak to a representative at the hotel who promptly fixed the issue but I was on hold for ever and kept getting this run around of my call being transferred. The actual stay was great and staff was wonderful. Just the whole online system and call center for element was a hassle.
