A Friendly Inn at Harvard

Location, free parking based on availability. Staff was welcoming

It was very pleasant - nothing fancy but clean, comfortable, and charming. It was super convenient for our stay to visit with our daughter who lives around the corner, and very easy for travel on public transit.

Limited control over temperature of the room.

I loved how clean and comfortable hotel was despite being in an older building. It felt like a local “home”, with cute little details and kitchenette. Very quiet and cozy. Convenient location with walking distance to biking stations, T, local food places and coffee shops.

The location is excellent if you are taking classes at Harvard. In addition to that, the sheets and towels were very clean.

However, the house is very old, and it made me feel unsafe. There is always someone smoking on the front porch. In addition, the mattress was really old and sinking in the middle. After three nights I have a terrible back and neck pain.

Very comfy bed!
