A Friendly Inn at Harvard

Great location. Nicest staff.

Excellent location. 24h availability of coffee and tea.

The inn is osmewhat old and not recently renovated. Hence there are little issues with things like keys that require a special gesture to work well, toilets that need special treatment in order not to leak or a tv that refuses to play.

The surroundings

This is the second chance I gave to this place and it will be the last one. The room had not been clean for the entire week. The main problem is one of the male at the front door. He is extremely rude. The day that I had to leave (check out is at 11), he started to knock at my door at 10:55. I cam out at 11:05 and he started to threaten me to throw the luggage down the stairs if I dd not leave immediately. The guy is unstable. They know this.

I grew up in an old house and felt filled with nostalgia here. I loved the creaky stair, the old radiator. THe bed was very comfortable. Places like this ought to be preserved! A simpler time, and lovely.

The Friendly Inn is a great value for the money! It is clean, comfortable, and centrally located in Cambridge. The staff is efficient and courteous.
