Excellent value for the money. Clean, comfortable, great location near Harvard Square

Place is old - but as stated above, great value for the money.

Extremely kind staff and a very comfortable room at a reasonable rate. Refrigerators in the rooms, public seating areas with free K-cups and Keurigs to use. Price point was excellent, especially for being a 5 minute walk from Harvard. And even though it's an old building, it's extremely clean, and my room was very comfortable temperature wise.

Public areas were cold (I was here during a snow storm), which meant longer time in my room. There are two lamps in the room but one is connected to a wall switch, so the room was either barely lit or too bright. TV is old and not the best quality for watching shows. All that said, this is a great place to stay on a budget.

Great location and incredible value for money, exactly as advertised in the pictures. Its basic but has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a good nights sleep. Free tea, coffee downstairs. Free parking with about 5-6 spots only.

Great location. Comfortable. The room was a little hot when I arrived at first with the radiator on but either I got used to it or the temperature fell, as I did not notice it after a while. Great to have access to a fridge in the room and a water cooler in the open area.

All great. The ability to change the temperature on the radiator would be useful - there was no regulator attached.
