Nothing, I booked this property for half a night to rest after my flight before my morning boat ride

Despite saying 24 hour check in no one was available to check me in when I arrived at 10pm, there was no towels, no toilet paper, the sheets on the bed weren’t clean.

Room smell, no towel provided, no toiletries.

I don’t like anything about this property.

Everything was just awful and disgusting. Very bad smell, not enough water flow in bathroom. They don’t even give me towels or anything else. Someone shaved in bathroom before my stay and they don’t even clean jt.

This place is close to sanur harbour from where most cruises and ferries depart towards the Nusa Islands. I have stayed one night for that purpose. The garden is beautiful. The rooms have a lot of potential. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were very comfy too. The room was clean as well as the bed sheets and the towel provided. There was even a toothbrush and a little piece of soap to use. The staff was very friendly and I assume they would HP to get a ferry ticket as they've asked me whether I need one.
