The price

The fact that because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive until 1am a WA number was left out which I called around 15times with no answer, left text msgs, knocked on doors, rang the bell, noone answered, still no communication with the hotel even after all the calls and texts, ended up having to sleep on a wooden bench at the port even though I had spent $40 to stay a single night here. Because it was 2am be the time I decided to give up calling, there wasn't anywhere else I could stay/open. Thanks for the hospitality, and next time you leave a WA number on the bench to call, make sure you can answer the calls or texts. Even if it is the following day to apologise, if there even the slightest concern shown I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review.

The reception was welcoming

The bed mattress was covered in black mould and body fluid stains. The sheets were dowdy and there was no top sheet, leaving the old doona as a covering. The toilet did not flush properly and the sink was blocked. The refrigerator was filthy with mould, etc.

Nothing!

That room was so bad, smell like mushrooms, so dirty, blood and dirt on the bedding, door barley open, shower barley works, so loud outside and no one is ever at the reception area..

Great location on beach, for price very rare to get this close to beach. Superior room was OK, bed was comfy and decent size, twin not so much.

Checkin stuffed up our day, had 2 rooms booked but only initially got put in one and then was put in the wrong room so had to pack up all our stuff and move. Was very busy streetfront and had people in adjoining room up to early hours of the morning. Couldn't close and lock window properly. Bathrooms very bad smell.
